Visiting colourful flower road in Yen Bai province for Tet

VOV.VN - A flower road in the northern mountainous province of Yen Bai has opened to visitors and residents on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year festival (Tet).

The 200-metre Nguyen Tat Thanh flower road is located at the centre of Yen Bai City, near 19/8 Square. This is also the place for firework display on the New Year’s Eve and diverse cultural and art activities to welcome the New Year.
With about 10,000 types of flowers on display, many popular destinations in Yen Bai such as terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai district, Thac Ba lake, and brocade patterns of ethnic minority in the north-western region.
