Photos depict grace of Vietnamese women

VOV.VN - Nguyen Quoc Dung, a Hanoian painter and photographer, has released a photo book called “Fading Season”. The photos mostly capture young Vietnamese women in the traditional ao dai or yếm (camisole). 

Painter and photographer Nguyen Quoc Dung (Dzung Art) has held more than 10 solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad.
He first took photos as reference for painting.
Since his graduation from University of Industrial Fine Arts, Nguyen Quoc Dung has spent 20 years working in art.

Dzung Art's photos are characterised by images of Vietnamese women in traditional long dress.
Dung released the photo book “Fading Season” on August 5, 2017.
The collection consists of 130 photos taken in about 20 years and divided into three categories of colour, monochrome, and retouched photos.


One of Dzung Art's works is displayed in his exhibition called "Old Garden".
