Notre Dame Cathedral: A symbol of Ho Chi Minh City

(VOV) -Notre-Dame Cathedral of Saigon, officially the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Basilica, the church is the largest and most unusual in Ho Chi Minh City, located in the city center.

The Cathedral was built from 1877 to 1880, and modeled after the Paris Notre Dame Cathedral.

In 1895, it had two more bell-towers added, each 57.6 m high with six bronze bells with a total weight of 28.85 metric tons
