Nam Hai listed among leading Southeast Asia resort hotels

The final results from the World's Best Awards survey have recently been announced following the participation of a large number of readers worldwide after voting on the best resort hotels based in Southeast Asia. Anantara Chiang Mai Resort & Spa in Thailand top the list after earning 97.57 points out of 100.

Four Season Resort The Nam Hai in Hoi An was ranked in tenth place in the list with 91.43 points out of a total of 100. Located near Ha My beach, tourists are able to participate in sporting activities such as swimming, playing tennis, basketball, and badminton while enjoying a vacation in the resort.

Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort comes in second with 95.09 points. Perched on a ridge in northern Thailand and overlooking the border with Myanmar and Laos, the resort allows visitors to immerse themselves in once-in-a-lifetime experiences such as bonding with elephants, enjoying a spa in the heart of the jungle, and cruising down the Mekong river.

Resorts in Thailand dominate the top of the list with the JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa in fourth with 94.09 points. The five-star, family-friendly resort is just steps away from Mai Khao beach and provides easy access to the islands of Phang Nga bay.

Fifth place goes to Amansara in Siem Reap, Cambodia, with a haul of 93 points.

The Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai in Thailand comes in sixth with a total of 92.8 points. Nestled among emerald rice fields, the resort offers a sanctuary of well-being that is a perfect spot for guests to come to unwind, recharge their batteries, and enjoy an individually-tailored experience.

Eighth place goes to Anantara Angkor Resort in Cambodia with 92.12 points. The resort is an all-suite luxury hotel based in Siem Reap and is most notable for being the closest establishment to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor Wat.
