It takes about one year eight months and US$124 million (VND2.8 trillion) to construct. |

It helps to improve traffic flows for several major thoroughfares in the district and connects Hanoi with the city of Hai Phong and the province of Quang Ninh. |

It also benefits traffic on Highway No. 3, which has historically been a bottleneck for traffic. |
