Hundreds of yogis perform at the foot of Yen Tu Mountain

VOV.VN -More than 800 people from 30 yoga clubs in the northern provinces have participated in an impressive performance at the foot of Yen Tu Mountain in Uong Bi city in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

Over June 16-17, diverse activities were held to celebrate the International Yoga Day 2018 at Truc Lam Cultural Centre in Yen Tu relic site in Uong Bi city.
On the gala night of June 16, hundreds of people joined Aodai fashion shows and a yoga performance.
The yoga performance attracted more than 800 yogis and trainers from 30 clubs in the northern provinces.
 
 
 
 
The yoga movement in Vietnam has developed in recent years, attracting people of all ages.

The Vietnam Yoga Federation presents flags to individuals and clubs, which have significantly contributed to the development of yoga in Vietnam over the past time.
This is the fourth year localities in Vietnam have launched activities celebrating the International Yoga Day. In 2015, the United Nations declared June 21 as International Yoga Day.
