Hanoi’s special-purpose vehicles ready for IPU-132
(VOV) - Hanoi Police has introduced a series of automobiles, motorbikes and special-purpose vehicles to serve the 132nd Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly (IPU-132) which will open in the capital city on March 28.
