Hanoians bundle up as cold spell arrives

VOV.VN - During the morning of December 8, a cold spell accompanied by drizzly conditions forced Hanoians to huddle up as temperatures in the city dropped to 12-14 degree Celsius.

According to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, cold air affected areas across the north-east and in north-central regions as well as some places in the north-west of the country.

 People wore warm clothes to cope with the chilly conditions.

Hanoians in the streets felt the cold as temperatures dropped to 12-14 degree Celsius. 
Coffee shops were a popular stop for many residents and foreign visitors.
 
Kids were wrapped up in warm clothes by their parents.
 
 
Despite the cold weather, a young couple got up early to do some morning exercises
