VOV.VN - General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam attended the 30th founding anniversary of the Central Theory Council (October 30, 1996 - October 30, 2026) and presented the Ho Chi Minh Order to the council in Hanoi on the morning of October 29.
