Bui Minh Dang, deputy head of the Air Transport Department under the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV), says the country officially reopens to international passengers as of March 15, adding that local airlines are ready to restore international air routes and have duly opened ticket sales for commercial flights
