Nguyen Van Qua road in District 12 sees flooding which rises up to about halfway on the wheels of motorbikes. Vehicles have no choice but to move at a snail’s pace on Nguyen Van Khoi road in Go Vap district. A similar situation emerges on Ung Van Khiem road in Binh Thanh district as the streets are inundated with flooding.
