VOV.VN - A spring festival held to celebrate ethnic minority groups nationwide opened on February 12 at the Vietnam Ethnic Village of Culture and Tourism in Son Tay town on the outskirts of Hanoi in the presence of State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
