VOV.VN - The central province of Thanh Hoa welcomed the launch of the Sam Son sea festival 2021 on April 24, with the event attracting thousands of local people and tourists.

The festival marks the start of a wide range of cultural and tourism activities this summer, including the motor festival, a music festival, a kite flying festival, in addition to a street carnival.
