Prior to the conference, delegates visit an exhibition aimed at introducing documents and items featuring a diverse range of cultures from different regions throughout the nation.

A total of 320 outstanding artistic photos and 123 valuable documents and items about Vietnamese culture are put on display at the occasion.

The event marks the second National Cultural Conference since the first version on November 24, 1946.

Approximately 600 delegates, all of whom are Party and State leaders, cultural experts, intellectuals, and artists, participate in the conference.
