VOV.VN - Ho Chi Minh City dismantled an array of barriers set up in residential areas at midday on September 28, facilitating local people’s travel throughout COVID-19 free areas categorised as green zones.

A total of five checkpoints in ward 9 are dismantled as no new COVID-19 cases have been recorded for a long period of time.
