HCM City joins with Korean locality co-organise international cultural festival

VOV.VN - The Ho Chi Minh City-Gyeongsangbuk-do culture and tourism festival kicked off on November 27 at 23/9 Park in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, with the event drawing plenty of locals and tourists.
