VOV.VN - Impacted by typhoon Bualoi, hours of heavy downpours on September 30 turned many streets in Hanoi into rivers, paralysing traffic and forcing commuters to spend hours trying to get home after work.

By around 8 p.m., severe flooding is still reported on major streets such as Le Quang Dao, Trinh Van Bo, Ho Tung Mau, Cau Giay, Lieu Giai, and Phan Ke Binh. Numerous cars broke down, with some even floating in the water.

In other areas including Aeon Long Bien, Co Linh, and Hong Tien, roads are completely submerged and long queues of vehicles wait for the water to recede.
