Do Thi Ha departs for Miss World 2021 in Puerto Rico
VOV.VN - Do Thi Ha, the Vietnamese representative at the Miss World 2021 pageant, left Ho Chi Minh City on November 20 for the beauty pageant in Puerto Rico.
A group of supporters come out to bid farewell to the beauty queen at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
Her parents are also on hand to see her off at the airport.
This is the first time Ha has travelled abroad for a beauty contest.
Her parents remain worried about Ha’s health due to the complicated nature of COVID-19 globally.
Ha looks charming in an evening gown designed by Vo Thanh Can.
The Miss Vietnam winner is travelling to the pageant with 10 separate pieces of luggage.
She says she will try her best to achieve good results at the pageant.
Miss World 2021 is scheduled to get underway in Puerto Rico from Nov. 21 - 16, drawing the participation of over 100 representatives from all over the world.
The Vietnamese beauty queen is scheduled to present a project themed “Peaceful Houses” in order to assist flood victims, in the Beauty with a Purpose segment.
