VOV.VN - Five people died and a further five people were severely injured in a collision occurring between a sleeper bus and a container truck in Dong Cau village in Tu Quan commune of Yen Son district in the northern mountainous province of Tuyen Quang around midnight.

According to the initial information, at 1:36 a.m. on km151, National Highway No 2, a trailer truck heading towards Ha Giang-Tuyen Quang was involved in collision with container truck that was carrying dry peanuts from Hai Phong to Ha Giang.

Five people died at the scene while five others with seriously injured in the incident, with the victims being taken to a nearby hospital.
