Made-in Vietnam robots to be on shelves
(VOV) -DiscoRobo, a new-generation hi-tech toy made in Vietnam, will be sold on the domestic market at a cost of VND499,000/unit as of August 25.
Earlier, the product was exported to some countries, including the US, EU, Australia and Brazil. It is also sold online via Amazon.com website.
As one of the Best Products at the 2012 American International Toy Fair, DiscoRobo has captured great attention from consumers worldwide and also won in a friendly dance-off with two other dancing robots organized by Popular Science Magazine by a whopping 78% of votes.
Once the music starts, the robot can feel the groove and dance along while expressing lively emotions. As a true entertainer and a delightful friend, it is a must-have for kids anywhere in the world.
DiscoRobo’s producer Tosy confirmed the safety for the use of its product, which is made of high-quality plastics and undergoes strict examination for quality.
Tosy provides Vietnam with a built-in loudspeaker version allows for connection with USB and other external devices.
