The Dàlat at 1200 honoured among Vietnam’s most outstanding properties
The Dàlat at 1200 Country Club and Private Estate just secured seven awards for their luxury development in the heart of the south central highlands of Vietnam.
In addition to the five major titles, the Country Club and Private Estate walked away with two highly commended acknowledgements in Best Green Development for its work on sustainability and ecological preserve of this wonderful natural environment, and Best Residential Interior Design (Condo).
After this big win, the Country Club and Private Estate will go on to Singapore to compete against the region’s cream of the crop and ‘Best of the Best’ winners in the South East Asia Property Awards at the end of November.
Located 1200 metres above sea level with daytime temperatures ranging between 18-25 degrees Celsius, The Dàlat at 1200 is a surprise to all who think Southeast Asia is hot and humid.
“To be recognised by such a prestigious award programme is a wonderful achievement for our visionary owners, the Centurion Group from Singapore, as well as our team in Dalat,” said David Hill, general manager of The Dàlat at 1200. “We’re looking forward to the regional finals in November in Singapore as we continue to market our truly remarkable estate to Vietnamese and savvy overseas investors.”
The Property Awards, in their second year in the country and their 11th year in the region, are making a name for themselves as the most recognised and credible industry award ceremony in Vietnam.
Set around the par-73 championship course, which recently hosted Vietnam’s first Professional Ladies Tournament in March, The Dàlat at 1200 has firmly established itself among the leading developments in Vietnam’s luxury segment.
The Country Club and Private Estate features four types of stand-alone villas with plots from 800sq.m to 4,800sq.m and a total build-up area from 25sq.m to 836sq.m of internal and external decking and patios.
The resort residences are one, two or three-bedroom units, where the penthouse units have wrap-around balconies and 200sq.m of internal and external living space.
Starting construction in November 2015, the first set of luxury villas are set to be complete in 2017’s first quarter. By invitation only, guests can visit the site to play a round of golf or take a tour of the growing community.
