DAS Capital destined to be a strategic investor of Tan Tao Corporation
VOV.VN - The US-based DAS Capital expects to become a major investor of Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (ITA) after buying shares worth of US$20 million from ITA in the first phase and US$150 million in the next step.

Nebojsa Micic Micko, DAS Capital vice managing director in Southeast Asia highlighted Vietnam as an emerging potential market seeing the highest GDP growth in Asia. The country’s involvement in a host of new generation free trade agreements (FTAs) has given ample opportunity to investors.
This is the first time DAS Capital has invested in such a prestigious Vietnamese business with the aim of seeking investment opportunities in the future, Mr Micko said.
ITA is a multi-sectoral investor involving in industrial park construction, education, health care, thermal power, real estates and infrastructure development. ITA shares have for many years been listed on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.
Established in 2011, ITA was headquartered in Los Angles, running many branches globally, including those in Asia like Hong Kong, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Japan and Malaysia.
