Vietnam strives to attract Turkish businesses

VOV.VN - As many as 29 Turkish enterprises gathered at the “Business-to-Business (B2B) Matching Webinar held on December 13 as part of efforts to explore the market demand and enhance further trade exchanges.

The event serves as a bridge helping both Vietnamese and Turkish businesses ramp up co-operation, expand their respective business networks, as well as helping domestic enterprises to gain further access to reputable and quality products.

At this B2B event, Turkish firms operating in the fields of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and household appliances, all had the chance to meet with Vietnamese distributors and retailers and gain greater insights into Vietnamese import and market policies.

Ayşe Burcu Kaleağası, member of the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters' Association (IKMIB), said this marks the third time that the association has organised the event over the past 10 years, adding that Turkish businesses have used the platform to introduce a number of high-quality products to distributors throughout Vietnam.

At the event, Turkish businesses expressed their great appreciation for the Vietnamese market, stating their belief that their products will win over local consumers.
