Aside from the franchising sector, many enterprises came to provide solutions and showcase equipment in the field of store technology at the trade show.
Furthermore, businesses used the occasion to introduce technology applications in retail operations, artificial intelligence, data analysis, digital assistants and robots, as well as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR)
Nguyen Phi Van, chairwoman of the Southeast Asia Angel Investment Association, emphasised that the Vietnamese franchising sector has become more vibrant with the involvement of a range of industries.
She noted that this will create a wealth of opportunities for the business community and investors as they gain greater insights into new franchise brands across multiple fields.
Moreover, 2023 can also be considered as a pivotal year for the franchising industry in the nation as more individuals start their business by receiving franchises.
In particular, many new brands have been franchised successfully in the domestic market, as well as penetrating both regional and international markets.
A number of seminars will be held during the course of the three-day event to help firms stay updated on information relating to the franchising market, new retail trends, as well as solutions aimed at seizing upon opportunities in the current economic period.
