Two Korean firms invest in Binh Dinh auto parts factory

VOV.VN - Two firms of the Republic of Korea - Han Hwang Ind and Shin Shin Machinery – have been licensed to invest US$5.1 million into HanShin Metal Vina to produce auto spare parts in the south-central province of Binh Dinh.

The factory will be built on an area of 30,000 square metres at Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park in Van Canh district.

It has been licensed to produce auto parts, engine parts and brake parts, as well as other spare parts for heavy machinery. It has also been allowed to export, import and distribute goods not on the ban list in accordance with law.

The project is set to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2024 before churning out commercial products in the third quarter of 2026.
