Tourism businesses roll out major deals at Spring Fair 2026

VOV.VN - The Spring Fair 2026, the largest of its kind in Vietnam held from February 2-13, has brought together provinces, travel agencies, hotels, resorts and transportation companies from across the country, offering visitors comprehensive travel information and attractive promotions for their upcoming trips.

Prominently located in the main exhibition hall, the tourism space of Ho Chi Minh City impressed visitors with a showcase of the city’s achievements in economic development, trade, finance, innovation, culture and tourism. Beyond positioning itself as a vibrant destination, the exhibition highlighted the city’s shift toward smart tourism through digital transformation and sustainable, green development.

According to representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Centre, the display was creatively divided into thematic areas aligned with the city’s promotional strategy. A dedicated zone for tourism information and digital transformation experiences drew significant attention with modern interactive technologies, including a Smart 3D/360 Tourism Map.

Through these digital tools, visitors could explore updated information on attractions, cuisine, entertainment venues, hotels, travel services, transportation and event calendars. An electronic publication shelf introduced the city’s rich cultural, culinary and artistic highlights, alongside promotional tour packages for 2026.

At the fair, Saigontourist Group launched a series of major promotional campaigns. Among them was the “Discover Beautiful Vietnam” programme, offering discounted tours to destinations such as Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Sa Pa, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. Visitors also benefited from direct booking discounts on outbound tours to Europe, the United States, Australia, Dubai, Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, Thailand and India.

Alongside promoting destinations, cultural tourism spaces functioned as vibrant trade and networking hubs, showcasing distinctive tourism products and services from provinces and businesses nationwide. These spaces served as an effective bridge between supply and demand, enabling localities and enterprises to connect with potential partners and expand their distribution networks.

A standout highlight at the fair was the tourism promotion booth of Gia Lai province, introducing the National Tourism Year – Gia Lai 2026.

In addition to presenting information and visuals on destinations, tourism services and local specialties, the booth offered live demonstrations by artisans, including traditional weaving and brocade making, as well as performances of Central Highlands musical instruments and gong shows.
