Thailand starts investigation into imported stainless cold-rolled sheets

VOV.VN - The Trade Remedies Authority reported on October 3 that Thailand’s Department of Foreign Trade announced plans to launch an anti-dumping investigation into cold-rolled stainless steel products originating from the nation.

Accordingly, the plaintiff is Posco-Thainox Public company limited.

The anti-dumping investigation period is from July 1, 2023, to June 30, while the investigation period to identify damage is between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023.

Relevant parties are therefore advised to submit their questionnaires and any necessary information to the Trade Protection and Countermeasures Division, Department of Foreign Trade. 

The deadline for submitting questionnaires will be 30 days from the date of notification of the investigation, which was on September 26.

As a means of protecting the legitimate interests of local businesses, the Trade Remedies Authority recommends that relevant manufacturers or exporters carefully study related documents, as well as regularly contacting the unit to receive timely information and support.
