VOV.VN - Dairy maker TH Group hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Vietnam’s most modern clean food processing factory in the northern province of Thai Binh on February 18.

With an estimated investment of VND620 billion, this marks the country’s first high-tech factory which will be fully equipped with modern lines from Europe, the United States, and Japan to produce chili sauce and ketchup products.
As part of the first phase, the factory is expected to complete the construction and installation of a production line which will be capable of producing instant nutritious porridge, chili sauce, and ketchups.
Ngo Minh Hai, chairman of TH Group, said the factory aims to provide a source of high-quality food for the whole community. It will use the most advanced automatic high-pressure Spray Retort sterilisation technology in order to help preserve maximum freshness, flavour, and nutrients for products.
During the second phase, the factory will install both a modern and synchronised instant rice production line for the first time, making use of aseptic tray-rice cooking technology from Japan.
Hai revealed that construction of the factory will begin in May and is set be completed in early 2023.
Nguyen Khac Than, chairman of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee, said once fully operational, the project will help build and develop models of applying organic technology in producing high-quality fruit and vegetables, along with other agricultural products throughout the locality, generating jobs for the local workforce.
