Seoul Food expo sees biggest-ever Vietnamese business presence
VOV.VN - With over 30 participating businesses, Vietnam is making its largest-ever showing at the Seoul Food 2025 expo, which officially opened in the Republic of Korea on June 10.

According to the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade), this year’s edition of Seoul Food has drawn 1,640 exhibitors from 45 countries. First launched in 1983, the annual expo is among Asia’s leading food industry events, hosted by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA).
Vietnam’s strong presence this year reflects an ongoing effort by Vietrade to promote the country’s food industry in the Korean market, one of its key export destinations.
The Vietnamese pavilion features a wide array of products including processed foods, vegetables, tubers, fruits, nuts, spices, rice and rice-based items, confectionery, and coffee.
At the opening ceremony, KOTRA President and CEO Kang Kyung-sung praised the quality of Vietnamese products, noting the expo provides a valuable platform for Vietnamese producers to find partners and expand into new markets.
With its vibrant and eye-catching display, the Vietnam booth captured high interest from visitors, including potential buyers and partners looking to explore cooperation opportunities.
The four-day event is expected to attract around 55,000 visitors and business representatives.
