Second Vietnam international logistics expo opens in HCM City

Featuring a total of 400 booths by 300 firms from 20 countries and territories worldwide, the event is showcasing products, services, and the latest technologies in the fields of transport and forwarding, services and warehouse systems, packaging and cold chains, and logistics IT.

Upon addressing the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister Thang said that the expo has drawn the participation of logistics services, equipment, and solution providers, thereby creating favourable conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to gain access to both international solutions and markets.

The expo is anticipated to offer a range of networking opportunities for Vietnamese firms, including Business-to-Business (B2B) sessions, allowing participants to explore co-operation potential whilst expanding into new international markets.

A number of seminars will also be held during the course of the event to discuss hot issues and new trends occurring in the logistics sector featuring the engagement of representatives of management agencies, leading experts, and businesses.

The exhibition is scheduled to last through to August 3 and is expected to attract over 25,000 visitors this year.

VILOG was first held back in 2023. Last year, as many as 256 local and foreign firms from 22 countries around the world joined the exhibition, which witnessed the participation of more than 25,000 visitors and a large number of transactions changing hands.
