ROK’s CJ Group opens fifth animal feed factory in Ha Nam
VOV.VN - The Republic of Korea’s CJ Group have opened an animal feed factory at Dong Van Industrial Park in the northern province of Ha Nam.
Covering on an area of 7.5 hectares, this CJ Group’s fifth facility with a total investment of US$31.5 million has a capacity of 320,000 tons of animal feed per year and will generate 300 jobs in the locality.
Mr Lee Tae Ki from CJ Group in Vietnam said the factory is equipped with a high tech modern production line, aiming to provide customers with high quality products at competitive prices, helping develop the animal husbandry industry in Vietnam.
Giving an address at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Xuan Dong, Chairman of Ha Nam People’s Committee said that the factory will contribute to the development of the local livestock sector and expedite the agricultural restructuring process.
Mr Dong requested that the group obey and implement the policies and laws of the State, regulations in the IP and fulfil the task of contributing to the state budget. He said the local authorities will provide the most favourable conditions to facilitate foreign businesses’ operations in the province.
Established in 1973, the group has established 26 factories in the Republic of Korea, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam to date.
