RoK finances Dong Nai water plant
The RoK Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) has approved a US$15 million loan for the second phase of the Thien Tan water supply project in the southern province of Dong Nai.
At a September 30 working session with the provincial People’s Committee, the RoK fund said it will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the loan with Dong Nai Water Supply Co. Ltd early next month after a fact-finding tour of the plant.
The plant, with a design capacity of 100,000 cubic metres per day, will be completed in 2015.
