With the current trading band of /-3%, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is VND23,146/USD and the floor rate VND21,800/USD.
The opening hour rates at major commercial stayed stable.
The greenback is being bought at VND22,690 and sold at VND22,760 per USD at Vietcombank and Vietinbank, unchanged from the rates on the previous day.
Meanwhile, BIDV offered VND22,695 (buying) and VND22,765 (selling), per USD, also unchanged from the day ago.
