Reference exchange rate remains stable

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set the daily reference exchange rate at 22,976 VND per USD on February 14, unchanged as compared to the previous day (April 1).

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,665 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,287 VND/USD.

The opening hour rates at commercial banks stayed stable.

Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,155 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,250 VND/USD, unchanged from April 1.

BIDV also kept their both rates unchanged from the previous day, listing at 23,150 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250 VND/USD (selling).

The buying and selling rates at Techcombank were kept unchanged at 23,130 VND/USD and 23,250 VND/USD, respectively.
