PDSI eyes US$2.6 billion service complex project in Binh Thuan
VOV.VN - PDSI Group of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has expressed its interest in a service complex project in the south-central province of Binh Thuan, with a total investment of US$2.6 billion.

The 425 ha-complex project that is to be undertaken in Tien Thanh commune of Phan Thiet city will consist of resort hotels, high-end residential areas, hospitals, international schools, and two international standard golf courses with a total investment of roughly US$2.6 billion.
The project also focuses on creating a high-class entertainment area at night along with smart solutions and sustainable development.
Peter Dalkeith Scott, president and CEO of PDSI, said during his meeting with the Binh Thuan leadership on March 26 that the group has submitted a document to the Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee to request permission.
If approval, he said, the project will deploy the first phase on an area of about 180ha, with an investment capital of about VND25,000 billion, equivalent to over US$975 million.
Do Huu Huy, chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, welcomed PDSI’s scheme, and said the group should complete the survey’s documents in line with the guidelines of the Department of Finance.
He also said he has assigned the Department of Finance to co-ordinate with relevant agencies, especially Phan Thiet city, in order to review the entire land fund project scale to accelerate the implementation of the project as soon as it is approved.
