Northern Vietnam hosts largest F&B exhibition with 400 booths from 350 firms
VOV.VN - Vietfood & Beverage-Propack Vietnam 2025 opened in Hanoi on November 5, covering 6,500 square meters and featuring 400 booths from over 350 companies across 10 countries, making it the largest F&B exhibition in northern Vietnam.
The exhibition offers a comprehensive view of the food and beverage sector, featuring products, technologies, ingredients, additives, as well as processing, packaging, and bottling equipment.
In his opening speech, Vu Ba Phu, Director General of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, stated that the event helps businesses expand market share, enhance competitiveness, adapt to emerging consumption trends, and anticipate the global green transformation wave.
The event highlighted a string of professional activities, notably a business matching program between Vietnamese enterprises and a delegation from the German state of Thuringia, held to mark the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Germany diplomatic relations.
The delegation, led by Marcus Malsch, State Secretary of the Thuringian Ministry of Economy and Agriculture shared cooperation opportunities in agriculture, food industry, machinery manufacturing, and vocational training. Malsch noted that culinary exchange is a fitting avenue to further strengthen sustainable relations between the two countries.
This year’s series of seminars focuses on practical topics, including (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ESG and green transformation for sustainable F&B exports, as well as the farm-to-table approach to enhance value chains for Vietnamese agricultural products.
The Vietfood & Beverage – Propack Vietnam 2025 international exhibition runs from November 5 to 8 and is expected to attract tens of thousands of visitors, including business representatives, retailers, and individual consumers.
