No Australian anti-dumping duties imposed on ammonium nitrate products from Vietnam
VOV.VN - Australia's Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) has officially concluded its investigation and chosen not to impose anti-dumping duties on ammonium nitrate products originating from Lithuania and Vietnam, according to the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV).
The Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam under the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that on August 8, 2023, the ADC officially concluded its investigation case and did not impose anti-dumping duties on ammonium nitrate products that are exported to Australia from Lithuania and Vietnam (Case 605).
In this case, Vietnam's manufacturing and exporting enterprises effectively cooperated and provided full information and data at the request of the ADC, making an important contribution to the positive results of the investigation.
According to the TRAV, Australia's trade remedy investigation activities are also assessed to be relatively objective and transparent, with full consideration of information and data provided by Vietnam, thereby creating favorable conditions for the investigation.
As a result, Vietnamese goods still have the opportunity to continue being exported to the Australian market, it said.
