Multi-platform communication strategy for Autumn Fair 2025
VOV.VN - All communication activities for Autumn Fair 2025 are implemented across multiple media channels and platforms, including press, television, digital platforms, outdoor advertising, and social media, with the participation of hundreds of news agencies, KOLs, KOCs, and content creators.
Building on the success of the National Achievements Exhibition marking the 80th anniversary of National Day (A80), communication is considered a key factor determining the success of the fair. The Ministry of Industry and Trade has developed a coordinated communication plan from the preparation stage to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely information is delivered nationwide.
Key agencies, including the E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency and the Trade Promotion Agency, are responsible for coordinating communication activities before, during, and after the event. The strategy focuses on three main objectives: promoting the scale and significance of the fair as a platform for Vietnamese goods, introducing outstanding enterprises and innovative products, and reinforcing the message “Vietnamese people prioritise Vietnamese goods” in line with digital economy and green consumption trends.
Media organisations play an essential role in ensuring accurate reporting and providing timely feedback during the event. Due to the large scale and 10-day duration of the fair, they are encouraged to provide both comprehensive coverage and in-depth feature stories. In addition, businesses, ministries, and local authorities are expected to actively participate in communication efforts, expanding outreach through digital platforms and social media to enhance both domestic and international impact.
Digital transformation is a central element of the communication strategy. The Trade Promotion Agency emphasises the use of social media, e-commerce platforms, and livestreaming to increase interaction and attract younger audiences. KOLs and KOCs are expected to significantly contribute to rapid information dissemination and closer engagement between producers and consumers. Content creators help promote Vietnamese products by sharing real experiences, thereby strengthening consumer trust and encouraging domestic consumption.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also highlights the importance of digital communication in expanding reach and creating a more interactive public experience. Online forums will allow consumers to provide feedback, evaluate products, and report issues in real time during the fair.
To support media operations, a press centre will be established at Hall 5 of the Vietnam Exposition Centre, with capacity for 150–200 journalists. The centre will coordinate press activities, provide official information and visuals, and assist journalists in covering the event efficiently. This infrastructure aims to ensure timely, professional, and effective communication throughout the fair, contributing to its overall success.
