Little Vietnam receives Asia-Pacific Property Award 2015

Little Vietnam, the tourism commercial and housing project invested by Syrena Vietnam Investment and Development JSC at BIM Group has just been honored at the Asia – Pacific Property Awards 2015 as a highly commended mix-used development.

The 20-year-old awards are sponsored by Bloomberg and is one of the most prestigious honors given to housing, service and commercial projects in the region, recognized by leading investors and experts.
The awards hold big meaning as it proves the high quality of the work by the recipients. The latest award ceremony was held on May 8 at Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Its outstanding characteristics help Little Vietnam win the honor as one of the best mix-used developments in the country.

The projects is located in Ha Long tourism town, which is home to the world-wonder bay, and is the connection between Halong Marina luxury apartment building and two major tourism destinations Bai Chay and Tuan Chau.

The 3.3-hectare project is designed after Hanoi’s Old Quarters and Hoi An, so each resident can open a business at their house as well.
The project has drawn huge attention from the public and was fully booked two months after introduced.
Little Vietnam and other awarded projects in the region at the end of this year will compete with winners from Europe, Africa and North America for the honor of best property projects in the world.

This is the second straight year that Syrena Vietnam honorably receives the Asia-Pacific Property Awards.

Le Minh Dung, managing director in charge of property and resort constructions at BIM Group, said: “The awards are an evidence for our non-stop efforts to raise our projects’ quality and it will be a motivation for us to develop other projects in Hanoi, Phu Quoc, and Laos.”

He said the company is working on the five-star resort Intercontinental Phu Quoc with 400 modern luxury rooms built by the sea, and Crowne Plaza Vientiane, a hotel, shopping mall and office mix right at Laos’ capital.

“We hope that each project invested by Syrena Vietnam of BIM Group will help raise the value and quality of life in urban areas.”
