LEGO Group seeking hundreds of workers to start operation at Binh Duong factory
LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam Co. Ltd. is seeking hundreds of workers for its US$1.3 billion factory in the southern province of Binh Duong which is expected to start operations in early 2025.
The move provides opportunities for local workers and marks an important step in the company’s sustainable development strategy.
According to a representative of the company’s recruitment unit, it is recruiting from now until the end of January and will hold new recruitment rounds in early 2025. Its long-term goal is to create about 4,000 jobs in Binh Duong.
The company plans to recruit hundreds of workers for key units such as warehousing, packaging, maintenance, and quality management. The basic salary for ordinary workers will be from VND9 million (US$353) per month, plus allowances such as attendance, travel and annual bonuses. In addition, the company also provides insurance benefits for employees and their families, as well as special remuneration, creating a stable and developed working environment.
The company also seeks technician and operations engineer positions. It is also committed to providing learning opportunities for those who have no experience through vocational training programmes.
The construction of the factory started in November 2022 at Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III.
