ITA seminar in HCM City to enhance Italy-Vietnam F&B links
VOV.VN - The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) in Vietnam, in collaboration with the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), will host a seminar titled "SIGEP Meets The World - Chapter Vietnam" on September 8 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event will offer an opportunity for businesses and experts in the foodservice industry to update international trends, expand connections, and learn about SIGEP World 2027, one of the world's leading trade exhibitions in the sector.
The seminar will feature representatives from the ITA in Vietnam, IEG, and food and beverage specialists. Discussions will focus on Italian food and beverage exports to Vietnam, market trends, consumer behavior, and practical experience in applying Italian machinery and technology, while introducing SIGEP's activities across the gelato, pastry, coffee, bakery, and pizza sectors.
SIGEP World 2027, organized by IEG, is set to take place from January 23 to 27, 2027, at the Rimini Expo Centre in Italy, expected to gather international brands, manufacturers, specialists, and trade buyers.
The exhibition introduces new trends, technologies, ingredients, machinery, equipment, and solutions for the foodservice industry.
Through "SIGEP Meets The World - Chapter Vietnam", SIGEP World is brought closer to the Vietnamese business community, helping expand networking, promote trade, and create further opportunities for cooperation with international partners.
