Int’l Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 attracts exhibitors from 19 countries
VOV.VN - As many as 113 exhibitors from 19 countries worldwide are showcasing products at the International Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023, which opened in Hanoi on November 21.
Jointly organised by Informa Markets Vietnam and Cong Thuong (Industry and Trade) newspaper, the expo has brought about major brands such as United Vision, Provacuno, Potatoes USA, Vion Food, Wiesenhof International GMBH, SCHWEDE MeatProducts, German Meat GMBH, DMK Dairy Vietnam, Andros Asia, Dcorp, Orana Vietnam, Doshee, Asia Cube, Dalatmilk, Taiwan StarIndustrial, ACE Foods, Vinabee, Vietsolutions and many other brands.
The three-day expo is to provide participating businesses with the latest information and trends in the Vietnamese F&B, restaurant, and hotel industry, and to promote young talents in the culinary industry. It offers a venue for domestic and international businesses to seek further cooperation opportunities and introduce their products.
Furthermore, a summit on the green and digital economy in the restaurant and culinary industry will be held during the expo.
There will also be the Hanoi Talented Chef Contest, Hanoi Salon Culinaire and Vietnam Barista Competition, and Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC) held during the event.
BT Tee, general director of Informa Markets Vietnam, revealed that a combination of international ingredients and flavours has exerted an important impact on Vietnamese cuisine. He emphasised that with the engagement of hundreds of international and domestic brands, the expo is expected to create innovations for the Vietnamese cuisine, restaurants, and hotel industry.
