IMF leader suggests HCM City invest more in infrastructure

Greater attention is given to increasing the competitiveness of the city, enterprises and products, including helping businesses meet export markets’ strict requirements, raising the quality of human resources, and modernising the infrastructure system.
HCM City is encouraging investors to participate in infrastructure development, and using official development assistance in urban planning, the municipal leader said.
