Hanoi to host Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2022
VOV.VN - An awards ceremony of the Vietnam Digital Awards 2022 (VDA 2022) will take place in Hanoi on October 9 in response to National Digital Transformation Day (on October 10), aimed at promoting the national digital transformation programme.
The event will jointly be organised by the Vietnam Digital Media Association, VietTimes e-magazine, and the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Since its launch on April 21, the organizing board has selected 49 most outstanding products and technologies from nearly 400 entries to be honoured at the awards ceremony.
Dr. Nguyen Quan, chairman of the final round of the VDA, said the award was launched when the entire country was striving to implement the national digital transformation scheme approved by the Prime Minister. All enterprises have actively invested in human and financial resources for the purpose of digital transformation.
A seminar will be held on October 9 to seek ways to speed up digital transformation for the practical benefit of people and businesses with representatives from political organisations, state agencies, and enterprises proposing a range of solutions to implement digital initiatives, so as to help speed up digital transformation.
The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on VietTimes e-magazine, VTC1 channel, and replayed by many local radio stations and platforms such as VTC Now and VieON.
