Gift show gets underway in Hanoi
VOV.VN - Over 250 exhibitors from Vietnam, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, and Nepal are showcasing their handicraft and gift products at the Hanoi Gift Show that opened on October 17 in Hanoi.
At the opening ceremony, Vice chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Doan Toan said the event offered a chance for businesses and importers to meet, seek cooperation opportunities, and sign import-export contracts. It is expected to draw as many as 600 importers from around the world.
In addition to goods of businesses and traditional craft villages, the show introduced new products designed by domestic and foreign experts.Mr. Toan said the annual event demonstrates the capital city's efforts and commitment to building a facilitating government and supporting businesses and craft villages' operations.
The Hanoi gift show running through October 20, provided domestic exhibitors the opportunity to promote their handicraft products to international consumers and to boost export sales of such products and craft villages' development.
