First international outdoor lifestyle fair Q-Fair 2024 opens in Vietnam
VOV.VN - More than 100 businesses from six countries and territories are showcasing their products at an international outdoor lifestyle fair (Q-Fair) that opened in the south-central city of Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh province, on March 9.
Q-Fair, the first of its kind in Vietnam, is an important event in the wood industry, especially outdoor furniture.
On display are a wide range of products such as outdoor & indoor furniture, wooden houses, raw wood, accessories, paint and wood processing equipment.
According to Luu Phuoc Loc, director of the Vietnam Forestry Fair Joint Stock Company, organisers have arranged more than 1,000 pavilions covering a total area of 9,150sq.m. for businesses from China, France, Spain, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), and Vietnam to introduce their products.
Notably, the organisers have used part of the beach to display products, allowing visitors to directly see outdoor wooden furniture products in a natural environment.
The fair gives wood processors and other businesses the chance to meet, promote products, exchange experiences, seize investment opportunities, and expand markets, said Pham Anh Tuan, chairman of the Binh Dinh provincial People’s Committee, in his opening speech.
Q-Fair 2024 is part of a series of events of the world wood industry that has been getting underway from February 29 to March 12 in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam.
