EverSolar and V-GREEN cooperate in deploying charging station franchise model

Accordingly, EverSolar will acquire a number of charging stations in the EverCharge system nationwide and convert them to the V-GREEN charging station franchise model in order to exclusively cater to VinFast EVs owners.

Under the deal, EverSolar will replace the existing charging equipment with V-GREEN charging posts to convert them into V-GREEN franchise charging stations.

EverSolar will therefore be responsible for managing, operating, receiving, and sharing revenue based on the number of kWh of electricity used by customers.

Nguyen Phi Long, director of EverSolar Energy JSC, shared that the partnership with V-GREEN will help the firm to serve a larger number of customers, further contributing to the overall development of EVs in particular and the green transportation network in Vietnam in general.

Meanwhile, Nguyen Thanh Duong, CEO of V-GREEN, expressed delight that more major partners are uniting with V-GREEN to expand additional EV charging stations nationwide.

With the experience and responsibility of a pioneering enterprise, he affirmed the company’s readiness to support partners in developing networks whilst investing in technology to jointly complete the infrastructure for EVs, thereby accelerating the development of green transportation in the country, he noted.

The agreement between EverSolar and V-GREEN will last for a minimum of 10 years and will automatically renew every decade if both parties do not intend to terminate it.
