Dong Nai launches VND6 trillion AEON Mall project
VOV.VN - Viet Phat Group held a ceremony on January 10 to launch the construction of a trade center and office space for lease (AEON Mall Bien Hoa) in Hiep Hoa Ward, Dong Nai province, with a total investment of over VND 6 trillion.
Covering a total area spanning nearly 12 hectares, the AEON Mall Bien Hoa project will be divided into two phases.
The first phase will be completed and put into operation from 2027, while the second phase is expected to expand over the 7.5 years starting from the date of putting the first phase into practice.
This marks the largest integrated commercial service area throughout all of Dong Nai, including many food and beverage services, children's play areas and rental space, and conference halls.
The highlight of the project will be the eight-floor commercial centre with modern architecture. Once put into operation, it is expected to welcome about 10 million visitors and shoppers each year.
At the launch ceremony, Vo Tan Duc, Chairman of the Dong Nai provincial People's Committee, stated that this project will be a key initiative for the province, attracting tourists with a passion for shopping in the future.
He therefore requested that Viet Phat Group and AEON Mall Group mobilize all resources to begin construction on schedule and ensure the project operates at the highest quality possible.
The site will be AEON Group's eighth shopping mall in Vietnam.
