Da Nang hosts Forum of Friendship and Cooperation Cities 2025
VOV.VN - More than 500 domestic and international partners will gather together at the Forum of Friendship and Cooperation Cities due to take place from January 16 to 18, in the central coastal city of Da Nang, according to the Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs.
The event is anticipated to provide an ideal venue for Government leaders, representatives of relevant ministries, ambassadors, governors, and leaders of more than 50 localities which have established friendly and co-operative relations with Da Nang can meet and share development experiences.
It is also a special occasion for the central city to expand and tighten international relations in key spheres such as innovation, smart city development, high technology, urban planning, and sustainable tourism.
This marks the first international diplomatic event to kick off the coastal city's diverse international events next year.
Moving forward, 2025 represents the year to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City.
