Chamber of Commerce encouraged to further connect Dutch, Vietnamese businesses
VOV.VN - As a legislative body, the National Assembly of Vietnam pledges to create a favourable, transparent and fair legal environment for foreign businesses, including Dutch enterprises, to conduct long-term operation in Vietnam.
The NA leader appreciated the NVCC’s support for Dutch businesses in seeking opportunities in Vietnam and believed that with long experience and close ties with the Dutch Government, the European Union, Vietnamese embassy and other organizations in the Netherlands, the NVCC will give more assistance to Dutch businesses in investing in Vietnam.
She hoped that the NVCC will continue to serve as a bridge for Dutch enterprises to invest and run business in Vietnam in the fields that the Netherlands is strong and Vietnam is in need.
NVCC leaders introduced Mrs Ngan to its performance and the biggest target for promoting trade and investment ties between the two countries.
NVCC President Erik Mattyssen said, previously the NVCC’s main target was to provide information about Vietnam for Dutch businesses, but they have gained a broader understanding about Vietnam now and more businesses have come to the country. This demonstrates effective cooperation between the two countries’ businesses but requires the NVCC to renovate its operation method to make practical contributions to enhancing bilateral trade and investment ties.
The NVCC will do its utmost to connect businesses of the two countries, he said.
